Tampere-based Koneyksikkö Oy is an agile heavy equipment dealership that sells new and used machinery and transport equipment for various customer needs. The company's services also include equipment rental, and the company purchases earthmoving machinery and trucks. Now Koneyksikkö's selection has expanded with Marakon's comprehensive product range.
Koneyksikkö's founder and sales manager Tuomo Tuukkanen has worked for a long time in sales roles for earthmoving machinery and transport equipment. In 2021, Tuukkanen decided to establish his own company, and in the summer of 2022, the cooperation with Marakon began.
Koneyksikkö's selection includes all of Marakon's products, from Rammer hydraulic hammers to Kempower charging devices. The company's extensive premises provide an excellent setting for bringing products conveniently close to customers operating in the Pirkanmaa region.
"Now I can offer my customers both the equipment and the attachments. The partnership supports both companies' business, and Marakon and we share a strong common drive to grow the sales of Rammers and other attachments in our operating area of Pirkanmaa," says Tuukkanen, who has been familiar with Marakon's products for years.
Expert product sales and reliable customer service are supported by Marakon's service partner Heavy Sepät Oy, located next to Koneyksikkö, which provides maintenance services for Marakon's products in Pirkanmaa and throughout Finland.
"We got to present Marakon's products to our customers for the first time at the Mansen Mörinät event. The reception has been really positive, and customers have been pleased that the products are available close to their own worksites," Tuukkanen says.
"Rammering is already an established concept in the industry, but the earthmoving sector will also be making leaps in electrification, and with that, Kempower's charging devices are certainly an interesting addition to the product range," Tuukkanen reflects on the future of the industry.
